# Billing settings

Manage billing from [**Settings → Billing**](https://app.indent.com/settings/billing). Billing is
available to organization admins.

## Plan and credits

The page shows your available credit balance. Trial and Team plans have a plan badge; pay-as-you-go
does not. Indent draws down credits as it works.

## Usage

**Recent usage** charts daily credit use for the selected UTC calendar month. Use the month controls
to view the current month or any of the previous three months.

Background work Indent starts for itself counts toward the activity that started it. For example, a
pull-request review includes the cost of its delegated work.

## Add credits

Buy credits with a preset or custom amount from $5 to $10,000. Buying credits requires a payment
method.

## Automatic reloads

Turn on **Automatic reloads** to top up before you run out. Set **When balance drops below** from $1
to $10,000 and **Add this amount** from $5 to $10,000. The reload amount must be larger than the
threshold. The defaults are $10 and $50. Reloads need a card on file and pause if that card is
removed.

## Spend limit

**Spend limit** caps total usage across your organization for the billing cycle. Turn it on and set
a **Monthly budget**; the field starts at $1,000 and the minimum is $1. The section shows how much
of the limit the cycle has used.

The limit applies to everyone in the organization. Once usage reaches it, Indent stops starting or
continuing work, including replies in existing sessions. It also posts a note on any pull request it
was about to review, linking back to this page. Raise or clear the limit to resume.

## Payment method

Add or update your card through Stripe's secure checkout. Your organization keeps one payment method
at a time.

## Invoices

View each invoice's billing-cycle summary, daily usage, succeeded payments, and failed payments.
Invoices are view-only. If an automatic reload fails, retry it from **Automatic reloads** on the
billing page.
