# Connecting your systems

Connect Indent to your code, chat, data, and tools so it can act on your behalf.

- **Connecting GitHub** — Install the Indent GitHub App so Indent can read and write code, run tests, and open and review
pull requests.
- **Connecting Slack** — Connect your Slack workspace so Indent can work with you in channels, threads, and direct
messages.
- **Connecting your database** — Connect a database so Indent can run read-only queries, make charts, and return downloadable
results.
- **Connecting Linear** — Connect the Linear MCP integration so Indent can read, search, create, update, and comment on
issues during a session.
- **Connecting Notion** — Connect the Notion MCP integration so Indent can search and edit your docs, authorized as a
service account rather than a person.
- **Connecting MCP servers** — Connect the built-in MCP catalog — Notion, Linear, HubSpot, Datadog, and Sentry — or register a
custom server, at organization or personal scope.
- **Connecting Datadog** — Connect Datadog so Indent can pull logs, metrics, traces, and monitors during investigations.
- **Connecting Sentry** — Connect Sentry so Indent can pull in error reports and stack traces.
