Automations run on a schedule, set themselves up, and remember
Automations are no longer limited to watching a Slack channel.
- Schedule Indent to do repeated work for you: triage the overnight bug queue, put together a weekly report, investigate a recurring alert.
- Run daily, weekly, or on any cron expression, in the timezone you pick, with the result posted to Slack or kept inside Indent.
- Chat with Indent to configure and optimize an automation, and it works out what the job actually needs to do instead of making you fill in a form.
- Every automation keeps its own memory, so it learns where to look, what to skip, and how you want the output.
A new home page: your sessions, and every session across your organization
Indent now opens onto everything in flight.
- See what Indent is working on for you, and which sessions are waiting on an answer from you.
- Switch to the Team tab to see every session in your organization and how your team is using Indent.
- Each row carries status, participants, elapsed time, and the pull requests a session opened or merged.
- Search and filters live in the URL, so any view is shareable.
Spending controls for code review
Each repository now decides how much review it wants, and how often.
- Set a maximum spend per pull request, and Indent pauses reviews with a notice once a pull request hits it.
- Authorize one more round from that notice or by replying to Indent on the pull request.
- Leave the cap blank for unlimited reviews, which is what existing repositories keep.
- Choose whether Indent reviews every push or only when a pull request opens.
- In first review only mode nothing after that first review starts another round, and the review comment carries a link to request one.
