Connecting Linear gives Indent your issues and projects as a tool. You can also delegate an issue to Indent from inside Linear and follow the work there.
Connect Linear
Open the integrations page
Open Linear in Integrations.
Choose a scope
Select Install Linear app to share the integration with your organization and let people delegate issues to Indent.
Select Connect personal account to connect as yourself in a private session. An issue can’t be delegated or mentioned to a personal connection.
Authorize with Linear
Linear connects through its hosted MCP server. Authorize access, and Indent can use Linear in your sessions.
What Indent does with Linear
- Reads and searches issues, projects, and their details.
- Creates issues from a request in a session.
- Updates issues, including status, assignee, and other fields.
- Comments on issues.
